WindyFest is a festival for Chicago, by Chicago. We could not be more thrilled to return with our third event in 2022, which will be held on Sunday, September 18th. The venue, lineup, set times, and additional program will be announced throughout the Spring/Summer.

When will tickets be available, and how much will they cost?
We are working hard to secure ample sponsors and media partners to enable the most affordable experience possible. We also intend to compensate all artists involved in the 2022 festival, and will determine our ticket prices (whether fixed, at a base, or as a suggested donation) in order to achieve that goal. Please check back soon!
What can I expect when attending WindyFest?
Performances by your favorite emerging artists in the city, games and activities, mini gallery fair by local artists, and activations by sponsors and partnering organizations
What should I wear, bring, or plan for?
Wear whatever your heart desires! Bring joy, optimism -- donations :) -- and plan for a damn good time, for a good cause!
Where will WindyFest be held?
We are in the process of finalizing our venue for this year's festival, following fantastic partnerships with Emporium (2017) and The Lab on Lake (2019). Once confirmed, we will announce across all of our socials and begin the ticketing process. You may also expect these FAQs to expand to include information on public transportation, parking, kid-friendly event(s) or other age requirements, and any other need-to-knows before arrival. Can I submit to perform?
Yes! Please send your media kit/ EPK, music, and link to a past performance to windyfestchi@gmail.com to be considered. The deadline to submit is Sunday, July 31, 2022.
I want to be an art vendor for the Mini Gallery Fair! Does it cost?
There’s a $100 fee to be a part of the Fair. For more information, please send inquiries to windyfestchi@gmail.com.
How do I become a sponsor?
